Last updated: October 6, 2026 · Operated by Ardiyanto, Klaten, Central Java, Indonesia
1.Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pixelorid Growth, a web-based financial tracking application and related website (the “Service”) operated by Ardiyanto (“we”, “us”, or “our”), an individual based in Klaten, Central Java, Indonesia. When you use the Service, you are contracting with Ardiyanto as the provider of the Service.
By creating an account or continuing to use any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2.Description of the Service
Pixelorid Growth helps small business owners, freelancers, and small teams understand their business finances. The Service includes:
- Business profile and currency settings
- Recording and managing revenue and expense entries by category
- A dashboard showing total revenue, total expenses, net profit, profit margin, and cash flow
- Reports covering revenue, expenses, profit, and cash flow
- Account management through our website
Features may be updated, added, or removed over time. We will communicate significant changes where appropriate.
3.Plans
The Service is offered under the following plans:
- Free Trial (7 days): $0 for 7 days, including a basic dashboard, revenue and expense tracking, basic reports, and up to 10 transactions per month.
- Pro Monthly: $9.99 per month, including unlimited transactions, the full dashboard, advanced reports, and full business insights.
- Pro Yearly: $79 per year, with the same features as Pro Monthly.
The Free Trial begins on the date your account is created and does not require a payment method. During the trial, you can record up to 10 transactions per calendar month; if you reach that limit, you can add more once the next month begins or upgrade to a paid Pro plan for unlimited transactions. After the 7-day trial ends, continued use of the Service requires a paid Pro plan, and your existing records remain available to you. One Free Trial is allowed per person or business. Paid plans are being introduced progressively, so they may not be available for purchase at all times.
4.Subscriptions, Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process for paid plans is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle also handles payment processing, billing, invoicing, and sales tax or VAT on our behalf. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
By purchasing a paid plan, you also agree to Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms, which govern payment, taxes, and the commercial mechanics of your purchase.
- Billing: paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period. The price and billing frequency shown at checkout apply to your order.
- Renewal: paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- Cancellation: you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access to Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Price changes: we may change our prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.
- Refunds: see our Refund Policy.
5.Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
- Engage in fraud, spam, phishing, or deceptive practices.
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Service, including uploading malware, probing or testing for vulnerabilities, scraping, or attempting unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service.
- Share your login credentials, resell access to the Service, or create multiple accounts to extend the free trial or avoid plan limits.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential.
6.Your Data
You retain ownership of all business information, revenue records, expense records, and other content you enter into Pixelorid Growth. Your data is stored in the cloud so that you can access it from your account. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to store and process that information, and for keeping your own records and backups as required for your business and tax obligations.
We do not sell your business data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how personal data is handled.
7.Not Financial, Tax, or Accounting Advice
Pixelorid Growth is a tracking and reporting tool. The figures, dashboards, reports, and insights it provides are calculated from the information you enter and are provided for general information only. They are not financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and the Service is not an accounting ledger or a substitute for a qualified professional. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for decisions you make based on it.
8.Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and underlying code, is owned by Ardiyanto and protected by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights in the Service to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active and in accordance with these Terms.
9.Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, engage in fraudulent activity, create a security risk for the Service or other users, or repeatedly or seriously violate the Acceptable Use section above.
You may stop using the Service and cancel any paid plan at any time. You may also contact us at support@pixelorid.biz.id to request account closure.
10.Service Availability
We work to keep Pixelorid Growth available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Because the Service is cloud-based, it requires an internet connection and may be unavailable during maintenance or when our infrastructure providers have an outage. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
11.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ardiyanto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
12.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Klaten, Central Java, Indonesia, unless mandatory local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
