3.How and Where Your Data Is Stored
Pixelorid Growth is a cloud-based service. Your account, business profile, and revenue and expense records are stored on our servers, hosted through Supabase, and the application is delivered through Vercel. Access to each user’s records is restricted so that a user can only access their own data.
Our service providers may operate servers in countries other than your own, including outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
4.How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above only to:
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Service, including authentication.
- Calculate and display your dashboard, reports, and other financial insights from the records you enter.
- Manage your plan and subscription.
- Communicate with you about your account and provide customer support.
- Improve the Service and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
5.Payment Processing (Paddle)
Payments for paid plans are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as the Merchant of Record and an independent data controller for payment-related information. Paddle collects and processes your billing and payment details directly, under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review Paddle’s Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.
6.Data Sharing
We only share information with service providers necessary to operate the Service, such as our database and authentication provider (Supabase), our hosting provider (Vercel), and our payment processor (Paddle), or where required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or to protect our rights. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own terms as described in this policy.
7.Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use only essential cookies or similar technologies that are needed to keep you signed in and to keep the Service secure. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
8.Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information stored on our servers. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9.Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@pixelorid.biz.id. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10.Data Retention
We retain your account and records for as long as your account remains active. If you ask us to close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep certain information for legal, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.
11.Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at, nor knowingly used to collect information from, children.
12.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by email.
